Global Contract Owner for Group Facility Management (Maternity cover)

Group Facility Management is on a journey exploring how to realise an engaging working environment for our colleagues in Danske Bank and you have the opportunity to become our Nordic Contract Owner in this process. You will be the acting owner of the contracts with our facility management suppliers facilitating compliance and securing the development of the collaboration. A particular responsibility will be to make sure that our contracts are in compliance with the regulation from the European Banking Authorities (EBA).

It is the goal of Group Facility Management to provide a high-quality customer experience and a productive and dynamic working environment for the employees in Danske Bank. This entails a close collaboration with business stakeholders, our suppliers, Group Real Estate, Procurement, Vendor Management and other units in Danske Bank.

Group Facility Management is part of Group Workplace Management in Danske Bank’s Technology & Services. In Group Facility Management you will work with fifteen dedicated colleagues, who manage facility and technical services across the Nordics and Lithuania.

As a Nordic Contract Owner, you will be situated in Lithuania, and you will work with colleagues across the Nordics on a daily basis. Please apply as soon as possible, as we conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 18-24 months).

You will:

  • Act as contract owner concerning all Facility Management contracts
  • Manage the governance of the agreements on behalf of Group Workplace Management and the Facility Management KPIs internally and externally
  • Financial management of Group Facility Management budgets at the global level
  • Oversee and execute the contract change process for all suppliers
  • Ensure contract compliance to the Danske Bank Procurement and Outsourcing Policy incl. the EBA guidelines in regards to Outsourcing
  • Be responsible for the services provided to the Danske Bank subsidiaries, considered as being intra-Group outsourcing
  • Execution of tactical and strategic projects across countries
  • Continuous development and implementation of processes to improve the contract management within Facilities Management

About you:

  • 3-5 years’ work experience within Facility Management, Procurement or Contract Management in a larger organisation
  • University degree or corresponding mercantile education
  • Solid contract management or procurement management skills
  • Good collaboration skills – ability to establish and build working partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving skill on an operational and tactical level
  • A structured approach to your tasks and responsibilities and ability to work against tight deadlines
  • You have the ability to carry out detailed analyses as required
  • Advanced communication skills in English, both written and oral

Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
