The Cost Management team works within the Financial Resource Management (FRM) department in Group Finance area. FRM is responsible for managing and allocating the scarce financial resources within the Bank (liquidity, capital, and operational costs). The team is responsible for the cost allocation models used to price internal services and provide insightful costs and profitability analysis across the Bank. It works closely with various stakeholders like other finance functions and business units to improve the Bank’s overall profitability.
