Our mission in the AML Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society, and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. If you are interested in fighting financial crime with modern, highly automated processes, then the AML Review Tribe is the place to be.

Together with a third-party vendor, the Customer Assessment C&I Squad is developing and implementing a new casehandling tool with the ambition to enable a more efficient and quality-oriented end-to-end process for our customers and casehandlers.

Our squad comprises a product owner, business analysts, testers, and developers located in Denmark, Lithuania, Poland, and India. In addition, you will have a chapter leader who will be your HR manager, supporting and mentoring you to ensure your personal and professional growth.

We have a really good atmosphere and team spirit, and we are eager to find an experienced tester who will join our fantastic team and help ensure testing efficiency and quality within our squad.

You will:

Drive testing activities, such as writing test cases and executing test scenarios, to ensure high solution quality
Implement best practices for test design, planning, and execution, including how to enhance testing scenarios and specific test cases
Guide others in how to use and create testing techniques and approaches
Have the opportunity to participate in the automation testing initiative
Actively participate in agile events such as daily scrum meetings, chapter knowledge sessions, and retrospective sessions

About you:

You are ISTQB or CSTE/CMST certified (not a requirement)
You have hands-on testing experience and a strong technical background
You thrive in an agile setup and will take ownership and responsibility for our outcomes and deliverables
You are proactive and feel comfortable not waiting for your product owner to assign tasks to you
You have a ‘yes, we can’ attitude and creative problem-solving skills
You are self-organizing and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and get things done
You collaborate well with colleagues with different profiles and skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2800 EUR to 4200 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
