Experienced IT Business Analyst in IRE Automation Department (maternity cover)

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative colleague to join IRE (Infrastructure Reliability Engineering) department in Tech Innovation & Foundation.

You will work in a cross-functional Agile squad, which is responsible for Danske Bank’s Infrastructure services, where our mission is to provide standardized automation practices.

You will join a global team (consisting of colleagues from India and Lithuania) that is characterized by a solid customer-centric mindset and fun-loving. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with IT Engineers and Product owners across IRE and other departments to mature the Agile practices of our squads, empower our colleagues and help IRE to be a front-runner in providing standardized Automation solutions.

Together we will make some magic by balancing a high delivery focus while having fun and ensuring that you both grow personally and professionally.

Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify their needs
  • Translate business needs into clear objectives on paper with clear acceptance criteria
  • Improve existing practices
  • Provide domain knowledge to the development team, testing, facilitation of workshops, analysis of problems
  • Be responsible for creating workflow diagrams, documentation

About you:

  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst with IT within the Banking domain
  • Practical mindset and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
  • Delivery and quality focus with the ability to put customers first
  • Proven collaboration, communication and reasoning skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and challenge stakeholders
  • Team member who suggests improvements and best solutions, is proactive and able to take on complex tasks
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
