Engineering Chapter Lead for People Tribe to join us and lead one of our teams.

You will:

Lead a diverse team of software engineers, supporting their growth and development
Collaborate with leadership and other teams to attract and retain motivated talent
Oversee HR solutions, contributing to hands-on development and delivery
Drive innovation in HR through AI-assisted practices and sustainable coding
Design and deploy internal solutions to automate business processes
Conduct design and code reviews to enhance engineering quality
Support Chapter leads in leadership tasks and issue resolution

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Solid experience (5+ years) with C#, .NET and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure DevOps)
Leadership skills with a previous experience of team management and people development
Advanced skills in Cloud-native architecture and CI/CD platforms, as well as proficiency in testing methodologies and ORM tools
Ability to develop and promote best practices within the team and broader department
High communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a diverse and changing environment
Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
