Engineering Chapter Lead for People Tribe to join us and lead one of our teams.

You will:

  • Lead a diverse team of software engineers, supporting their growth and development
  • Collaborate with leadership and other teams to attract and retain motivated talent
  • Oversee HR solutions, contributing to hands-on development and delivery
  • Drive innovation in HR through AI-assisted practices and sustainable coding
  • Design and deploy internal solutions to automate business processes
  • Conduct design and code reviews to enhance engineering quality
  • Support Chapter leads in leadership tasks and issue resolution

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Solid experience (5+ years) with C#, .NET and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure DevOps)
  • Leadership skills with a previous experience of team management and people development
  • Advanced skills in Cloud-native architecture and CI/CD platforms, as well as proficiency in testing methodologies and ORM tools
  • Ability to develop and promote best practices within the team and broader department
  • High communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse and changing environment
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
