End-User Engineer Citrix

In Citrix & VDI team, you will be a part of small team working close together inside the team and with other teams in Workplace Technology.

Job will have focus on BAU support, but also strong opportunities for development and design work for the right person.

Contribute with Service improvement and better user experience.

About Citrix & VDI platform in Danske Bank

VDI: approx. 2.300 seats used by India developers and external consultants
Citrix: A number of business applications in one site. Approx. 1.000 named users.

  • Level 2 and 3 support for XenDesktop (VDI) and XenApp (Citrix app)
  • Maintenance of existing VDI and XenApp infrastructure
  • Implementing new XenApp application services

About you:

  • Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting knowledge
  • Experience with server based multi-user computing
  • Knowledge within PowerShell
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on high quality
  • Ability to creatively troubleshoot complex problems, organize and prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills

Is a plus if you have:

  • Microsoft certification – MCSA (or MSCE)
  • Experience with working in enterprise environment
  • Experience working with (not limited to): XenApp, XenDesktop, vSphere
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policies
