Our team develops and supports Danske Bank Lithuania from the Site Management and Employer Attractiveness points of view. We are looking for an energetic Employee Experience Manager who will further enhance our positive and rewarding work environment and interactions employees have.

You will contribute to the high employee engagement focusing on creating a great working environment, hence contributing to the overall growth and success of Danske Bank’s operations in Lithuania.

No week will be the same as another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one, so be ready to be visible, heard and supported.

You will:

  • Coordinate and link local and global employee experience initiatives aiming to define Our People Deal (Employee Journey) in Lithuania
  • Drive and facilitate continuous improvements of employee-focused, efficient and value creating internal processes impacting employee experience (e.g., onboarding process)
  • Oversee and coordinate comprehensive employee well-being program in Lithuania in alignment with global initiative [email protected]
  • Build and oversee the transition to a hybrid in-person & remote working environment as we emerge from the quarantine (return to office experience)
  • Consult real estate and facilities team regarding innovative and creative solutions in physical workplaces
  • Support and coordinate internal employee communities (hobby based and professional) in Danske Bank Lithuania in alignment with Danske Bank Purpose and Culture Commitments
  • Be a part of the local Crisis Management Team (CMT) within the role of CRISEC – Secretariat for Crisis Management Team
  • Proactively handle complex risks including proactive involvement of stakeholders
  • Drive and manage tasks/assignments/projects

About you:

  • Relevant work experience
  • Experience working as a project manager or in a project management environment
  • Proven track record of developing, driving and delivering against implementation plans
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to deadlines, comfortable taking ownership
  • Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of end to end process mapping, analysis, improvements
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data
  • Innovative mindset, openness for continuous improvement
  • Experience developing and implementing employee engagement activities would be an advantage
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
