You will be a member of the Operational Implementation unit, within the Asset Management Operations area, a part of LC&I Lithuania Business Hub.

Asset Management is the Danske Bank Group’s specialist in fund and asset management. We manage funds and assets for institutional and private investors in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Luxembourg and other countries. We operate in a dynamic industry with regulatory changes, which strengthen the demand for always having updated processes and documentation.

LC&I Lithuania Business Hub is a remote hub for the global business unit serving the largest Danske Bank corporate & institutional customers & prospects. We work in a global team setup where cross-country competencies are combined to support our customers’ needs in many areas such as transaction banking, asset management, research & data analytics, sales consultancy, etc. LC&I Lithuania Business Hub is a local embassy (currently ~120 professionals) for global business with great growth ambitions.

You will:

Ensure timely issuance, answering and assessment of the DDQs in the most efficient way by using supporting tools and applying best practice methodology
Maintain and improve the DDQ database for content accuracy, consistency, and simplicity
Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Compliance, Legal, Trading, Trade Processing, HR departments, Danske Invest, as well as external Asset Managers
Contribute to the development and timely delivery of projects in line with the strategic priorities of the team
Perform various tasks as the administration of research providers and semi-annual assessment of brokers

About you:

Experience in working within the Markets and Investment value chain
Understanding of key aspects of Asset Management business
Ability and willingness to easily communicate with multiple stakeholders across countries
Proactiveness and independence in driving things
Detail-oriented, organized and have a systematic approach that enables you to rapidly understand things
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
