Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) is a part of the newly established unit called Strategy Execution & Business Controls in Technology & Services. This unit democratize and deliver intelligent & tactical automation solutions that saves cost for the bank, improves quality, compliance and delivery speed catering the needs for entire bank.

We have a strong automation culture in Danske Bank. The Intelligent Automation CoE will be the home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or full process transformation; development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions; expertise of industry’s best practices, innovations, standards creation.
The Intelligent Automation CoE team will consist of 76 employees with various backgrounds and skillsets within the field of automation technologies (IT Software Engineers, Business Analysts, IT Platform Engineers). We will be a truly international team, primarily located in Lithuania, Denmark and India.

You will:

You will be reporting to Head of Intelligent Automation CoE and together with 7 leader colleagues, you will be a part of the Leadership Team within Intelligent Automation CoE.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Establishing the close collaboration with Tribes and services organization within Technology & Service and Business Units in the bank
• Building the understanding of the business & process area, understanding the needs and being a challenger in bringing the intelligent automation leaver in their backlogs.
• Having HR responsibility of team with Business Analysts and IT Software Engineers skillset
• Creating a conductive and collaborative environment through effective leadership

About you:

• Have experience and a strong track-record from a similar position in a global organisation or from one of the larger consultancies, with a strong IT interest or background
• Have 1-3 years of experience in leader position
• Don’t mind changes in the strategic and daily agenda, can act on ad hoc issues and adapt to change. have proven track-record in problem solving, knowledge in requirements and needs gathering, understanding automation potential and applicability as well as process improvement.
• Have a team mind-set and a deep felt desire to develop and transform the people in your team
