You will be able to influence the way we do things, to optimize and develop our core processes. We are on a journey on creating a center of excellence, consolidating fee/income tasks across Asset Management (within Large Corporate & Institutions) into our team.
We aim to set an example on how cross-functional teams should apply agile-at-scale to deliver innovation – here in Vilnius, we are creating Hub in LC&I Satellite, where different parts of the value chain are sitting together to enable even closer collaboration and co-creation. LC&I Satellite is a remote hub for global business unit serving largest Danske Bank corporate & institutional customers & prospects. We work in a global team’s setup where cross-country competences are combined to support our customers’ needs in many areas as transaction banking, asset management, research & data analytics, sales consultancy, etc. LC&I Satellite is a local embassy (currently ~70 professionals) for global business with great growth ambitions.
You will meet 3 colleagues in Finland, 7 colleagues in Denmark, and be a part of a newly established 2-person team in Vilnius team.
It is absolute crucial we have fun when juggling with large numbers and spreadsheets! Therefore we are having i.e. multiple check-ins on a daily basis to work closely together (also discussing other than work-related stuff), “Friday Bars” with what distance and COVID-19 allows, Teams team-lunches and the likes. When the world opens again, we will meet up physically, first time possible!
