Enterprise Technology Operations Centre (ETOC) is a part of Digital Workplace & Infrastructure in the Technology & Services organization. ETOC delivers superior customer experience by driving operational excellence across all high-criticality IT services and systems. The area handles any type of major disruptive events and continuously adopts best operational practices (monitoring, detection and prevention) for all high criticality IT services and systems. International teams are located across Danske Bank sites in Lithuania, India, and Denmark.
Enterprise Technology Operations Centre is looking for a Data Analyst who will be part of the Performance Management team consisting of two enabling functions – Data Analysis & Reporting as well as Workforce Management. The team is responsible for executing strategic efforts through the workforce, finance, and communications management and enabling transparency over performance data that promote continuous operational improvements.
As a Data Analyst in Enterprise Technology Operations Centre, your primary responsibility will be to collect operational data from various sources (either tools or people), process it and prepare meaningful analysis, which will afterwards be used for IT performance improvements. By analysing the data, you will also be responsible for sharing valuable insights and identifying improvement areas, automation and optimisation opportunities.
