We’re looking for a new colleague to join the Danske Bank Lithuania Communication & Marketing team, which is also an integral part of the global Danske Bank Group communicators’ network.

Our team’s mandate is broad: we work with local and global projects, teams and leaders, crafting communication to thousands of Danske Bank employees internally and sharing the most relevant stories externally. In other words, a lot of what you can see & read about Danske Bank as a candidate or experience as employee, have something to do with our team.

We’re all multidisciplinary creators, writers, consultants, designers, event coordinators, who enjoy the possibility to support a very wide variety of projects.

We’re looking for a self-starting communications professional, who can take ownership of our creative & digital communications: videos, photos, simple designs, website care & analytics, creative communications materials in Danske Campus offices and similar.

You won’t be alone, of course – you’ll have collaborative teammates to spar with and external agencies to help you with the more complex projects (e.g. brand image videos or website development). Also, there’ll be room for you to develop in other marketing & communications areas of your interest.

You will:

  • Take care of and websites: periodic content updating, development, analytics & insights (no specific IT skills required)
  • Produce simple videos for internal and/or external use (please see Danske UNI, clubs’ videos as a referrence)
  • Photograph our internal events & speakers, edit photos when necessary
  • Produce various design materials for internal and/or external use: infographics, posters, etc.
  • Act as the communications partner in Danske Campus development projects (e.g. office designs and on-site communication collateral & creatives, periodic content updating, etc.)
  • Oversee Danske Bank Lithuania’s overall compliance with the Danske Bank Corporate Visual Identity (i.e. brandbook) & continuously act as our creative communications catalyst

About you:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
    Advantage – proven track record of working with complex/ dynamic communication and/ or marketing projects where you were involved from the start to the end
  • Education in the fields of (creative) communication and/or marketing are important, as your role will require you to understand and contribute to larger-scale communication & marketing projects
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud products, which you’ll use to work with the designs, photos & videos
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation and ability to work on multiple tasks & projects, as well as with several stakeholders at the same time
  • Internal drive to collaborate locally & globally, challenge the status quo, openness, flexibility, can-do approach and most importantly – willingness to learn, because a lot of the things you’ll be responsible for can be easily learn, if you have the right mindset 😉
