Consultants for Agile Governance

Application period has expired.

About Agile Execution Office

We are a newly established unit in Strategy Execution & Business Control with the strategic purpose of supporting our journey in Better Ways of Working and thereby becoming a better bank.

So what do we do? We continuously refine and strengthen Danske Bank’s Agile governance and operating model and grow the agile capabilities to excel in delivering customer centric outcomes.

In the Agile Execution Office, we work in small Squads across the four services of ‘Annual Business Review (ABR)’, ‘Quarterly Business Review (QBR)’, ‘Agile Tracking’ and ‘Agile Collaboration Tools’. Though we cover different areas, we still work very closely together.

We are looking for Consultants for ABR & QBR.

In both these Squads we ensure effective and consistent governance processes. We are currently preparing the very first ABR taking the first step in aligning development priorities across the bank linking to the strategic objectives. The ABR will be immediately followed by the QBR, determining the development roadmap for the coming quarter and ensuring the right set up to execute on the strategic objectives. Our role is to implement and facilitate key events, to on-board and train all stakeholders, and to prepare outcome discussions for senior leadership.

We are looking for junior, regular and senior Consultants with the mind-set of devoted change agents who thrive in making things happen. We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function
