To realize our mission, we are looking for a Consultant to drive the D&I agenda and lead the cultural change! In this role, your will support senior management to set the direction and define ambitions, and you will play the integral role in driving the change towards that direction – translating the vision set into action and impact!

The position will be anchored in the Business Management function (a global team of 8 professionals) within Strategy, Operations & Business Controls Area and will also be an integral part of LC&I Satellite remote hub (an embassy of ~70 professionals).

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • You will be working closely to senior management taking a important role in driving the agenda, establishing awareness and building capabilities, with the responsibility of supporting the leaders and employees to take on this cultural journey
  • You will be effectively working with data, identifying the challenges, and defining initiatives and actions needed to close the gaps
  • You will be ensuring transparent communication and propel complex coordination effort to ensure unity and alignment across LC&I
  • You will be responsible for reporting KPIs and tracking progress and you will be facilitating interactive workshops with challenging discussions to lead the prioritization of key initiatives and action

About you:

  • 2+ years of working experience in management consulting, project management or similar coordination role
  • Higher education in Business Administration/Human Resources/Communications/Strategic Management or other relevant fields
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, with comfort to interact with and challenge stakeholders on all seniority levels
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability for your tasks and has impeccable standards for your work contributions
  • Professional personal aspiration and execution focused. You are enthusiastic , motivated and find joy in working with complex areas where the solution is not always easy to define and challenging to implement
  • Effective communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken). You listen and communicate effectively with the enthusiasm to inspire
  • Solid skills within MS Office package, especially Excel, Power Point
