Consultant – Development in Global Asset Services (temporary)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Asset Services function in Vilnius, consisting of around 40 employees. Global Asset Services mainly work with securities servicing, corporate actions handling and dividend/interest processing.

As a Consultant – Development, your main focus will be on project management and coordination, ongoing strengthening of risk, controls environment and automation of area related processes. On a daily basis, you will manage and track projects, including close collaboration with other teams and areas that need improvement. In addition, you will work globally with colleagues across the Nordics.

In your role, you will be continuously looking for best practices and implementing them to sustain and increase organizational knowledge. Moreover, you will be involved in various strategic projects, local initiatives and process alignment projects. We expect you to be proactive, communicative and have good time management skills.

This will be a temporary contract for one year.

• Higher education
• Previous experience in risk management, project management or automation
• Knowledge/experience in investments related areas
• You are result-oriented, initiative and have a can-do attitude
• Proven skills to prioritize, organise and perform work in a dynamic environment
• Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
