Chief Service Delivery Officer (Derivatives Administration in Wealth Management)

We are looking for a competent controller who possess an excellent attention for detail and accuracy, with great emphasis on setttlement and administration of derivatives transactions.

You will be a member of the Derivatives and Collateral Administration team, which is a part of Danske Bank Wealth Management, COO area, Back Office. Wealth Management is the Danske Bank Group’s specialist in fund and asset management. We manage funds and assets for institutional and private investors in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Luxembourg and other countries.
Since we are operating in a dynamic industry with regulatory environment changes, you will be also part of the force to continuously adapt to the changes and keep the good documentations.

In Lithuania we are creating a team that is going to operate as an equal partners to our colleagues in the Nordics when enabling Danske Wealth Management to create and deliver value to customers.
We also aim to set an example on how cross-functional teams should apply agile-at-scale to deliver innovation – here in Vilnius, we are creating a Wealth Management Hub, where Business and IT are sitting together to enable even closer collaboration and co-creation.

• 2+ years of working experience in Markets and Investment Backoffice area
• Deep understanding and interest of investment/ derivatives/ collateral product structures
• Higer education in Finance/Economics or other relevant fields
• It would be great if you would have knowledge within SimCorp Dimension, which is our IT platform
• Good at communicating in English both written and spoken
• You take a proactive, systematic and results-oriented approach to your work, maintaining a vigilant eye for details and quality
• You are strong team player, sociable and independent with good cooperation and time-management skills
