Chief Project Manager for Financial Crime Prevention KYC Implementation team

You will join KYC Implementation Project Team, a unit within the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) organisation in Danske Bank. As a team, our responsibility is to drive and manage various types of change initiatives, related to compliance, optimization and reducing operational cost, contemporary with making the work life better for our colleagues in FCP KYC while we are safeguarding Danske Bank and our customers.

KYC Implementation Project Team consists of 12 project managers who are located in the Nordic countries, Lithuania and Poland, where our projects and stakeholders are based.

You will:

You will be responsible for your projects from day one within the Financial Crime agenda. Therefore, we expect you to be curious, eager to learn, proactive and have a resolve to constructively challenge the status quo.

Being part of our team, you will:

  • Drive the implementation of strategic agenda in a fast-paced environment in the Nordics and Baltics
  • Develop and handle execution plan from start to finish while ensuring deliveries are as per agreed quality standards according to the vision
  • Generate ideas, structure and solve problems together with the project team
  • Facilitate interviews & workshops, analyse data and structure information
  • Build and develop partnerships with higher management in a way that their strategic visions turn into real changes in the organisation
  • A particular responsibility will be that you will actively secure great collaboration with our other support units in FCP KYC to ensure best-in-class implementations

About you:

As a minimum, we do expect that you:

  • Have some years of experience in the financial sector and/ or compliance/risk field
  • Have a proven record of project management and a well-established project management toolbox in place that entails solid skills in stakeholder management, planning, and communication
  • Skills in setting priorities, willingness to actively take ownership and drive tasks through to a successful conclusion and implementation
  • Are motivated by making sense of complicated situations and excited about improving projects in an uncertain environment, shaping the direction and scope of the project, and seeing a holistic view
  • Have hands-on experience with the people side of changes management and can distinguish between implementation and anchoring activities
  • Highly motivated, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a self-sustained manner
  • Advanced skills in spoken and written English

  • Have experience working in an international environment
  • Structured, attentive to detail and with a high level of integrity and accountability

Monthly salary range from 2960 EUR to 4440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
