Chief Management Coordinator in Wholesale Banking Services

Would you like to work with the Wholesale Banking Services (WBS) Leadership Team on a daily basis to support and drive organisational deliverables?

We are looking for a candidate to join a global team, supporting the Global Head of WBS and the Leadership Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you must have strong attention to detail, organisational and project management skills, a self-motivated personality and the ability to adjust direction in response to shifting priorities. Additionally you should be pro-active, have a strong work ethic and the capability to communicate effectively with others across an organisational unit of 550 employees, spread across 9 functional areas and 5 countries.

Position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Ensuring that the Leadership Team is supported on a daily basis (e.g. through strategic workforce planning implementation) and well informed (e.g. reporting on organizational achievements, challenges, opportunities, ongoing projects, etc.,)
  • Unite 9 functional areas by establishing connections with the heads of functional areas in order to establish a holistic perspective of WBS
  • Responsible for communication channels to external WBS stakeholders (e.g. Executive Leadership Team and committees) on WBS and CSD projects/activities
  • Be the ‘go to’ person for the Leadership Team and Management, acting both as a sounding-board and challenger
  • Build relationships across the entirety of WBS and wider bank to collaboratively deliver on The Bank’s ‘Better Bank’ strategy by participating and contributing to the community events throughout the organization
  • Ownership of projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Focus on data analytics to make informed strategic decisions
  • Organizing WBS events such as: All-Hands Call, Town hall, Annual results presentations and Extended Management Meetings

About you:

  • Higher education in Business management or Finance preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience in executive support, project management
  • Must be comfortable supporting and communicating with upper level management
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and ask why
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mind-set
  • Ability to handle a highly varied and complex workload in a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines
  • Professional communication skills (verbal, written), with exposure and interaction to a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
