Chief Management Consultant in Management and Documentation Team (FCP Area)

In our team, we are responsible for providing training, documenting SOPs, and Continuous Improvement setup and taking care of some elements of management support in FCP. We are also coordinating the Turn2Growth program that enables new team leads and successors in FCP.

You will join our team, which consists of ~27 collaborative and professional specialists that are part of a very diverse setup where our teams focus on supporting the business units with documentation of business procedures according to the new group wide standards.

Your daily work will help keep the organisation running. We hope you are used to working with leaders/employees on all levels and know how to navigate in a large organisation. Also that you work equally well independently as in a team. It is essential that you have a proactive mind-set and that you are good at prioritising your tasks in an effective and structured manner. You are driven by working with various tasks that play a key role in keeping the organisation running.

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Define and maintain a clear career path for all levels and areas in FCP
  • Attract new talents to our organisation and Support the FCP leadership team with FTE sourcing
  • Help drive and contribute to the development of Turn2Growth training programme (possibly expand the programme)
  • Support and drive ad hoc HR related activities such as development and retention programmes for FCP employees, Hiring committee and other HR strategic initiatives
  • Involve stakeholders at all levels and create positive relations
  • Support and ensure best in class coordination on a large variety of tasks according to management need in FCP

About you:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in management support, banking, financial or other relevant areas
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
  • Capability and confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently with strong ownership
  • The ability to gather, efficiently present, and visualize data using MS PowerPoint
  • Attention to details and execution oriented
  • Great public speaking and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking, creative problem solving and excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility and inquisitive personality in a fast changing environment with a “can do” attitude
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Higher education or other relevant experience
