In our team, we are responsible for providing training, documenting SOPs, and Continuous Improvement setup and taking care of some elements of management support in FCP. We are also coordinating the Turn2Growth program that enables new team leads and successors in FCP.
You will join our team, which consists of ~27 collaborative and professional specialists that are part of a very diverse setup where our teams focus on supporting the business units with documentation of business procedures according to the new group wide standards.
Your daily work will help keep the organisation running. We hope you are used to working with leaders/employees on all levels and know how to navigate in a large organisation. Also that you work equally well independently as in a team. It is essential that you have a proactive mind-set and that you are good at prioritising your tasks in an effective and structured manner. You are driven by working with various tasks that play a key role in keeping the organisation running.
