Our team, composed of members based in Denmark and Lithuania, is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data protection and ensuring seamless compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). At the core of our work is a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

This chief-level role offers you the authority and capacity needed to drive meaningful change and advocate for best practices across the organisation. As a Chief Data Privacy Quality Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape our data privacy quality strategy and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will:

  • Compliance assurance: ensure data protection processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Data analysis: examine data and report on individual and team performance to enhance quality
  • Proposal development: design solutions to address and prevent recurring process issues
  • Process evaluation: review current processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Optimisation: identify and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency
  • Stakeholder collaboration: engage with stakeholders to collect feedback and align improvement initiatives with organisational objectives

About you:

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in data protection or quality assurance, underpinned by a deep understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
  • You know how to implement these effectively within organisational processes and compliance frameworks
  • Your meticulous attention to detail pairs seamlessly with strong analytical abilities
  • You communicate clearly and build positive relationships, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A relevant higher education degree is required
  • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written, are essential to thrive in a global environment
  • Experience in international shared service centres or the banking sector is beneficial
  • A legal background or qualifications related to data protection are beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4280 EUR to 6420 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
