We are looking for a new addition to our Transformation & Implementation team that takes ownership of driving changes in the Functions Services area. We focus on excellent service delivery to our employees and reporting compliance to external authorities.

We seek a committed Chief Consultant to initiate and coordinate various improvements in the area, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Functions Services area. No week will be equal to another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from the very beginning of your journey in Danske Bank.

You will:

Supervise various local projects and/ or other initiatives with high priority and complexity at Functions Services from scoping to implementation, ensuring the realization of benefits
Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvements daily
Be a key partner in facilitating communication with stakeholders, tying together cross-functional requirements, and creating synergies to improve overall collaboration and ensure the highest outcome
Be continuous learning of new businesses, processes, and technological constructs
Ensure that deliverables conform to strategic directions and create measurable benefits for the Functions Services area
Take full ownership of the project outcomes and the process itself

About you:

Higher education
At least 3 years of experience working as a project manager and/ or consultant in multiple complex projects
Great knowledge of project management disciplines, project team dynamics, and end-to-end process improvement
Experience with Lean, Agile, Operational Excellence, Change Management, and Problem-solving techniques (would be considered as an advantage)
Experience or knowledge in HR Services, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and Tax Reporting (would be considered as an advantage)
Great communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Results-oriented, innovative with a can-do attitude
Professional teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
