Chief Consultant in Transformation and Implementation

We seek a dedicated Chief Consultant to initiate and coordinate various improvements in the area, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth and development. No week will be equal to another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from the day one.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

• Manage various local projects and/or other initiatives with high priority and complexity at F&D Services from scoping to implementation, ensure realization of benefits
• Drive quality, efficiency and continuous improvements on daily basis
• Be a key partner in facilitating communication with stakeholders, tying together cross-functional requirements and creating synergies to improve overall collaboration and ensure the highest outcome
• Lear continuously of new businesses, processes, and technological constructs
• Ensure that deliverables conform to strategy directions and create measurable benefits for the F&D area
• Take full ownership of the project outcomes and the process itself

About you:

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of experience working as a project manager or/and consultant in multiple complex projects
• Great knowledge of project management disciplines, project team dynamics, and end-to-end process improvement
• Experience with Lean, Agile, Operational Excellence, Change Management, Problem solving techniques (would be considered as an advantage)
• Great communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented, proactive and with can-do attitude
• Professional teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
• Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
