We are looking for a Chief Consultant – Service Development Partner in Technology & Services for Personal & Business Customers to initiate and oversee various improvements and digitalization in the area, drive projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall Service area growth and development. No week will be equal to another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.
You will be a partner for one of the following Service areas: Buying & Owning Real Estate Nordics or Welcoming & Orchestration. Yet, your responsibilities will also span across the larger Personal & Business Customers Services organisation, mostly around initiation and scaling of initiatives with synergies outside the remits of the immediate Service Area you will be a partner for.
You will apply your project & change management, process analysis and improvement, service and performance management skills, and best practices to ensure successful implementation of agreed area targets.
