We are looking for a Chief Consultant – Service Development Partner in Technology & Services for Personal & Business Customers to initiate and oversee various improvements and digitalization in the area, drive projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall Service area growth and development. No week will be equal to another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.

You will be a partner for one of the following Service areas: Buying & Owning Real Estate Nordics or Welcoming & Orchestration. Yet, your responsibilities will also span across the larger Personal & Business Customers Services organisation, mostly around initiation and scaling of initiatives with synergies outside the remits of the immediate Service Area you will be a partner for.

You will apply your project & change management, process analysis and improvement, service and performance management skills, and best practices to ensure successful implementation of agreed area targets.

Depending on your experience and skills, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap of initiatives in the Service area
  • Manage various process and organizational improvement, projects and initiatives from scoping to implementation, ensure the realization of benefits
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvements daily
  • Drive and be a key partner in facilitating communication with stakeholders to get benefits implemented
  • Promote change mindset and support organizational change implementation
  • Support Service area strategy development and implementation
  • Learn continuously around new services, processes, and technological constructs

About you:

  • You bring 3+ years of project management or management consulting experience
  • You are a process professional who can present a track record of completed successful change projects
  • You possess professional expertise within one or more of these areas: process transformation, harmonization, service design, digitalization, operational excellence
  • You are a real team player with a proactive mindset, can-do attitude, and collaboration skills
  • You are structured, analytical, and pragmatic and thrive with and promote change in the organization
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and experience
  • You have experience working in agile set-up (is a plus)
  • You have experience in the financial sector and knowledge about one of the following areas: Buying & Owning Real Estate or Welcoming & Orchestration (is a plus)
  • Higher degree
  • Excellent written and spoken English
