Chief Business Manager in Turn to New Tech PMO team

Turn to New Tech (TTNT) is Danske Bank‘s IT Strategy, set to deliver on its overall Forward’28 goals. It has 5 key strategic building blocks:

As a PMO office for the TTNT, our team is responsible for:

  • Single point of entry for the overall Danske Bank Group Strategy reporting
  • Ensuring the delivery of the set OKRs & KPIs
  • Any ad hoc support in material preparation for both internal & external stakeholders
  • Supporting strategic building blocks with standardised programme management practices, documentation & Agile ceremony execution
  • Updating & reporting on the financials, benefit realisation
  • Aligning across Danske Bank Group on the calculation methods for key deliverables

As a Chief Business Manager, you will be working closely with the strategic building blocks‘ leadership team and acting as their trusted partner, supporting strategic priority setting, delivery progress tracking, and benefit realisation oversight. You have an overview of deadlines, strategic objectives with a firm grip on financials, and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the unit and stakeholders outside of the unit.

You will:

  • Support leaders in defining their strategic priorities, calculate and track business/ benefit cases, and track execution
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between areas and coordinate with other units for reporting
  • Prepare material entailing numerical and contextual information
  • Assist in all yearly reporting & management cycle processes to monitor target capacity for the strategic building blocks & benefit realisation (together with cost tracking)
  • Sustain the monthly financial cycle, update cost and FTE forecasts, and coordinate the cost agenda
  • Drive knowledge sharing and engagement inside and outside the strategic building blocks
  • Ensure a structured administrative foundation

Your specific areas of responsibility will depend on your qualifications.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business management and/or consulting roles
  • Proven experience in collaborating with and managing stakeholders with all seniority level
  • Ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes and a high inflow of information
  • Proven experience with financial analysis, cost forecasting, benefit calculations and tracking  and the ability to drive value-creating decisions
  • Solid IT skills within MS office
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • English proficiency level: Upper-intermediate and above

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
