Chief Business Analyst for Remediation execution Are you a passionate Business Analyst who thrives in contributing to global projects in complex environments? Then join our team! Our highly professional Remediation Execution team sits within Technology & Services area. We focus on implementing strategic solutions and delivering within one of the most complex projects in the bank – A debt collection case across Nordic countries. We are looking for a Chief Business Analyst to provide data solutions and enable peers in the data field to deliver.

You will:

  • Run high complexity area focused on delivering quality data solutions
  • Drive and take responsibility for technical solutions and implementations
  • Drive continuous improvement of data solutions and remediation management processes
  • Coordinate other project participants, provide coaching and guidance
  • Ensure proper performance feedback to employees as well as managers of each project participant
  • Connect within the organization and facilitate a sufficient network for your project group
  • Contribute towards organizational learning and drive the group’s improvement

About you:

  • Very good practical understanding of data management projects
  • Advanced user of SQL, Alteryx, and Excel super user skill set
  • Have worked intensively extracting data from the mainframe (DB2)
  • High level English proficiency (advanced), written as well as oral
  • At least 6 years of experience of E2E data management
  • Strong and successful track record as Business Intelligence Analyst in the Data Management field
  • Agility, solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience of all levels (including Executive Leadership)
