Our mission is to simplify, align, and digitalize the end-to-end customer journey in Denmark and create a progressive customer experience.

We want our customers to feel confident in making decisions, give them fast answers, and the opportunity to self-service as much as possible. We also want to enable our advisors to spend as much of their valuable time giving advice instead of cumbersome, manual case handling. This will be achieved by developing core capabilities easy to consume through APIs, a value-creating end-to-end process, as well as both customer and advisor interfaces – all fitting into a clearly defined layered target architecture.

You will:

As a Chapter Lead, you will have a split responsibility.

  • You will be the HR manager for other skilled software engineers (.Net), you being accountable for them growing both on a professional as well as on a personal level
  • You work closely together with the IT Tribe Lead, Solution Architects, and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated team members
  • You are responsible for your chapter and support chapter members in any need they have related to HR or their competence area

At the same time, you will be an involved member of a squad with a dedicated area of responsibility and delivery focus – doing coding, solution design, etc.

About you:

As Chapter Lead, you are an encouraging and listening leader with a  solid technology base. You are experienced in back-end .NET development covering all phases from design and build to deploy and run.

To be more precice, we expect that:

  • You are a catalyst leader and embody that in how you approach the work
  • You have a good technical profile and an ability to develop and motivate others. At the same time as being able to define the HOW, you have a good understanding of IT architecture and hands-on experience with solution design
  • You have a natural interest in seeing, improving, and fixing areas that could be improved, both internally and outside the Tribe
  • Either you have been a leader for some years, with an engineering background, ready to do IT development once again. Or you come from a senior or chief developer position, with the interest and motivation to try out leadership
  • You have professional experience in the following: C# with .NET Core, Microservices, RESTful architecture, and API design,SOLID, Testing automation
  • You are proficient in (written and spoken) English
  • Your best assets are your enthusiasm, a “yes we can” attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and your ability to self-organize and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and do things differently – you also dare to fail and learn from it
  • Also, your ability to put the customers first, collaborate with many different types of people, bring improvement and self-develop ideas is essential
