Chapter Lead in Financial Crime Lifecycle Management

We are seeking an IT Chapter Lead for our “Customer Communication & Channels” and “Transactional Assessment” squads, including the Front-End Chapter. Our FCLM products serve as the cornerstone of our solutions landscape, offering shared capabilities for focused investigations and automating manual work. We aim for simplicity through human-centered design, aiming to enhance both the experience of our case handlers and our customers.

You will:

  • Guide two dedicated squads, taking part in every aspect leading to effective execution, with a special focus on tech-related tasks
  • Build a culture of shared learning and growth, enhancing skills within your own chapter
  • Take on a mentorship role, enhancing talent and skills within your team and encouraging continuous learning
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owners, Solution Architects and fellow Chapter Leads, providing open communication and mutual respect
  • Take ownership of the systems and applications within your squads, contributing to innovation and smooth operations
  • Work seamlessly across business and IT, being an integral part of the Full Tribe Management Team
  • Utilise your analytical skills to drive specific KPIs across the tribe landscape
  • Have the opportunity to contribute hands-on in squad work, such as coding, to stay close to the team’s day-to-day operations

About you:

  • You possess a good understanding of the technical foundation and have a keen interest in leading tech-focused teams
  • You demonstrate strong ownership and responsibility, particularly when managing systems and applications
  • You embrace HR responsibilities, including performance reviews, training, and recruitment activities
  • You understand the importance of work-life balance and are committed to maintaining it, valuing your wellbeing as much as your productivity
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively with various stakeholders

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
