Business Performance Controller

Would you like to be a part of the Business Management & Execution team in the Financial Crime Prevention department?

This is a new role and the new team, so you will be able to learn business control functions, and to create work routine meeting your expectations.

As a Business Performance Controller, you will be responsible for all financial topics in Financial Crime Prevention department, including budget control, planning, presentations, and other technical and strategical tasks. We expect you to work independently, make your own decisions, and own the entire process.

• 3+ years of previous experience as a business/financial analyst
• Analytical skills, attention to details and orientation to quality
• Ability to work individually and to take solid ownership
• Excellent time management skills
• Great communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Strong record of accomplishments and focused on a can-do attitude
• Great Microsoft Office skills
• Eager to learn and ability to challenge the current process
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related
