We have a substantial backlog of initiatives, delivering on our objectives to provide fast & correct financials to investors, regulators, and internal decision-makers as well as optimize the management of the financial resources.

As Business manager, you will be working closely with Tribe Leadership as their trusted partner. You will support sound decision making and will have the overview of deadlines, strategic objectives as well as HR related accountabilities. Finally, you will get to join a new set-up and a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to put your own print on the structure, responsibilities and build up the framework that will help our Tribe to succeed.

You will:

  • Work side by side with tribe leadership on strategic plans to ensure delivery and monitor progress and act as a sparring partner
  • Act as a link towards various stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination between areas
  • Help to develop, deliver and improve business performance management matrices
  • Prepare analytics & insights for key stakeholder reporting
  • Support with preparation of quarterly business review memos
  • Assist with tracking and reporting of progress against tribe’s objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Play an active role in the HR cycle to monitor target capacity for tackling head counts and sustenance Strategic Workface Planning

Even though you will be working in the Finance Tribe as our only Business Manager, you won’t have to do this as a lone wolf. You will be a part of a strong network of Business Managers from other areas, which consists of a network of 6 great colleagues, where collaboration, best practices, and knowledge is shared.

In this position, you must be able to thrive with a dynamic everyday having multiple deadlines to structure and varied tasks. Our set-up is just about to go live in the bank meaning, that you will be part of a new journey helping us making this a success.

So… the toolbox for this needed:

  • From previous experience, you must be able to demonstrate competencies in supporting senior management
  • Why we also expect you to have at least 5 years of experience from a similar role e.g. related to Management Coordinator, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant
  • Our company language is English, why you must be fluent on a professional level
