As a Business Manager in the Asset Management Tribe you will be working closely with senior management, providing proactive support, creating structure and enabling efficiencies. You will be playing a key role in paving path for a successful development journey for the tribe as you will be supporting on tasks varying across areas such as portfolio management, performance management, business management, people management. This job role will be covering Business Management function within Strategy, Operations & Business Controls Area, with very close collaboration with the Business Management CoE in Market & Transaction Banking Area: A great opportunity to work in a team of like-minded towards common goals, which all circulate around creating a smooth operation for the new Tribe landscape.

This job role will also be part of the LC&I Satellite: A remote hub for global business unit serving largest Danske Bank corporate & institutional customers & prospects. We work in a global team’s setup where cross-country competences are combined to support our customers’ needs in many areas as transaction banking, asset management, research & data analytics, sales consultancy, etc. LC&I Satellite is a local embassy (currently ~70 professionals) for global business with great growth ambitions.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

• Drive and support problem solving and act as a sparring partner for the AM Tribe leadership team
• Plan, manage and facilitate meeting agendas, Town halls & offsites
• Support on meeting materials, reporting and presentations
• Quarterly and yearly reviews of development backlogs
• Tracking and reporting on development pipeline
• Support on drafting and measuring KPIs
• Capacity pipeline and forecast, strategic workforce planning and other HR administrative tasks
• Rolling Forecast and Budgets
• Cost analysis for management across the tribes
• External contractors; contracts, extensions, registration (partly with procurement)

• 2+ years of working experience in the financial sector within project management, finance, office management or similar roles
• Higher education in Investment/Finance/Economics/Strategic Management or other relevant fields
• Strong skills within MS Office package, especially Excel, Power Point
• Good at communicating in English both written and spoken
• You take a proactive, systematic and results-oriented approach to your work, maintaining a vigilant eye for details and quality
• You can easily take responsibility under pressure and stick to the deadlines
