The Business Management team plays an instrumental role as sparring partners for the tribe leadership by creating efficiencies and transparency for the Tribe Leadership Team, hence paving the path for an effective development journey. As a business manager you will work closely with senior management on tasks across areas such as finances, strategy, portfolio management and HR processes.

This role will prepare you for many career options – you will experience first-hand how senior management works from the inside, how decisions are made, and you will get a broad network across the Group through your many interactions with stakeholders from both the development organisation, the front line units as well as the COO organisation. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and will quickly have increased responsibilities with opportunities to develop your skill-set further.

You will:

  • Work in a high – pace environment, where structure and task prioritisation is key to moving processes and achieving team goals effectively
  • Guide and support problem solving for the Tribe Leadership Team and serve as a trusted partner
  • Work on cost analysis, including external consultants: contracts, extensions, registration. You will also support drafting and measuring KPIs, and in collaboration with several internal support teams
  • Handle quarterly and yearly reviews of development backlogs
  • Track and report on development pipeline
  • Plan strategic workforce
  • Be working with capacity pipeline and rolling forecast, budgets
  • Be doing presentations and have the option to influence the strategic agenda for the tribe

  • Advanced English level both verbally and in writing

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
