Senior Business Management Partner for Financial Crime Risk Prevention

We are looking for a Senior Business Management Partner (BMP) to join the Business Management team at 1st Line Financial Crime Risk and Solutions, working from our office in Vilnius.

The position within Business Management provides an awesome opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment in 1st Line Financial Crime Risk and Solutions, part of Financial Crime Risk Prevention (FCRP) – Personal Customers. You will get to join an exciting and key area within the Bank, focusing on managing the bank’s risks within financial crime and developing effective solutions.

You will join a team of 13 experienced colleagues placed in Denmark and Lithuania whose core focus is to support the business goals of 1st Line Finance Crime Risk and Solutions in close collaboration with the business unit Senior Leadership team and other internal and external stakeholders. You will be managed from our main office in Denmark with great autonomy to define tasks and role depending on your competencies.

As our new Senior Business Management Partner, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth operation in the 1st line Financial Crime Risk & Solutions by supporting the Senior Leadership team and their business unit leaders/teams within several key defined priorities at a strategic, tactical, and operational level.

Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered a different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Lead, drive and support various communication and governance activities
  • Maintain and facilitate the financial management processes and activities together with the other BMPs and Finance Partners, including budget management, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as a change agent, bringing relevant parties together to solve problems
  • Take up and drive cross-functional key initiatives and mini-projects across 1st Line Financial Crime Risk and Solutions
  • Support the Business Management agenda by driving various Business Management tasks within the team to ensure standardisation and efficiency

About you:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience within an international setting in business management, consulting, transformation, or project management
  • Proven experience in delivering various communication initiatives combined with financial understanding giving you a holistic and process-orientated view
  • Great stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Skilled in setting priorities, willingness to actively take ownership and deliver tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced English language skills (both oral and written)
