Our 180+ colleagues work across 8 locations, developing, managing and owning the processing of all payments going in and out of the bank in all countries/markets/currencies. That’s a lot of payments!

You will:

Lead “Business & Functional Specialist” chapter and be an active member of a squad with a dedicated area of responsibility as a business functional specialist
Be responsible for competence and skills development – setting performance expectations, providing ongoing constructive feedback, and facilitating career development
Fostering professional and challenging environment by creating opportunities for development and growth.
Finding new members for the chapter in collaboration with PO
Be responsible for coordinating local project, which is focused on building IT capabilities and services in cloud.
Organize and plan project tasks and timelines
Facilitate and encourage collaboration across teams to ensure projects are completed successfully

About you:

Proven (at least 2+ years) leadership and IT project management skills and the desire to develop and inspire others
Strong collaboration and time management skills
Experience in developing, mentoring, and working with people in cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in planning, organising, and integrating cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact
2+ years’ experience working as a business analysis and/or project manager in an agile setup
Self-motivated and ability to motivate the team
Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
