Business Analyst with QA skills in Buying and Owning Real Estate Nordic Tribe (Maternity cover)

Our aim is to digitalize the end-to-end customer journey of buying and owning Real Estate, Consumer Finance and Sustainability in Sweden, Norway and Finland. We want our customers to feel confident about taking decisions by providing fast answers and the opportunity to self-service as much as possible.

**Please note that this position is temporary to cover a person on maternity leave with the possibility to become permanent.

You will:

  • Be contributing to determining and increasing the quality of our solutions, throughout the entire product development cycle
  • Be identifying underlying business needs to be addressed and risks to be assessed
  • Be challenging existing practices and ensuring requirements will address the defined business problem
  • Be translating business needs into clear processes, features and requirements understandable by the Squad
  • Be supporting the creation of a test overview
  • Be creating and maintaining test cases
  • Be registering and retesting defects
  • Be leading and participating in a usability test

About you:

  • You have solid understanding of the business analysis, methodologies and techniques and their practical application
  • You have an interest in defining and implementing tools that improve the quality of our solutions and efficiency of our processes
  • You are able to put the customers first, to collaborate with many different types of people, on many different tasks, provide constructive feedback and detailed test estimations
  • You have great proven analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • You are skilled in facilitation and problem solving techniques
  • Your greatest assets are your attention to detail, passion, “yes we can” attitude, creative problem solving skills and your ability to self-organize and work autonomously
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
