Our aim is to digitalize the end-to-end customer journey of buying and owning Real Estate, Consumer Finance and Sustainability in Sweden, Norway and Finland. We want our customers to feel confident about taking decisions by providing fast answers and the opportunity to self-service as much as possible.

You will:

Be contributing to determining and increasing the quality of our solutions, throughout the entire product development cycle
Be identifying underlying business needs to be addressed and risks to be assessed
Be challenging existing practices and ensuring requirements will address the defined business problem
Be translating business needs into clear processes, features and requirements understandable by the Squad
Be supporting the creation of a test overview
Be creating and maintaining test cases
Be registering and retesting defects
Be leading and participating in a usability test

About you:

You have solid understanding of the business analysis, methodologies and techniques and their practical application
You have an interest in defining and implementing tools that improve the quality of our solutions and efficiency of our processes
You are able to put the customers first, to collaborate with many different types of people, on many different tasks, provide constructive feedback and detailed test estimations
You have great proven analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
You are skilled in facilitation and problem solving techniques
Your greatest assets are your attention to detail, passion, “yes we can” attitude, creative problem solving skills and your ability to self-organize and work autonomously
Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
