Business Analyst in Transaction Data Squad

Our mission in the FCLM Tribe is to protect our customers, society and our bank from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance​.

You will:

As a Business Analyst in the Transaction Analysis & Models squad your primary role will be to lead initiatives, involving both internal and external stakeholders, where you will be doing the following:

  • Investigate and determine valuable insights based on customer data on new and existing models and data flows
  • Help design processes that lead to great customer experience and ensure compliance
  • Work closely with Data engineers and Cloud Developers (and you have prior experience in doing that)
  • Work with API development, such as Integration testing, release management etc.
  • Work with an agile setup such as SCRUM
  • You already have Case Handling background within Anti Money Laundering and will be using this knowledge

To enable and leverage your skills mastery, you will also be part of the Business and Functional Specialist Chapter within the FCLM Tribe. Your Chapter is led by one of your tribe colleagues, the Chapter Lead, who will also be your HR manager. Your Chapter Lead will support and mentoring you ensuring your personal and professional growth. At the same time, you are also responsible for continuously learning and for supporting the building up of your chapter’s functional expertise.

About you:

  • You thrive from working in an agile setup with a can-do mindset and will take ownership and responsibility for our outcomes and deliverables. You are pro-active and feel comfortable not waiting for your Product Owner to assign tasks to you
  • You have business analyst experience and ideally your domain knowledge is within the AML/regulatory area. This is not a requirement, though
  • You have a solid analytical mind-set; you are detail oriented and are used to interacting directly with high-level stakeholders
  • You feel at home in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind complexity
  • You have a ‘yes we can’ attitude combined with creative problem solving skills
  • You are self-organizing and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and get things done
  • You are not afraid of failing, you learn from it and try again
  • You collaborate well with colleagues with different people profiles and skills
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
