Do you want to work within an area that has a high priority and interfaces throughout Danske Bank? Are you eager to learn and develop yourself? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity to join Risk Tribe.
Be part of building the future! Risk is at the core of everything we do as a bank. We are motivated to transform the way we handle risks, and this is your opportunity to make a difference and develop yourself both personally and professionally.
You will be joining the Risk Tribe, where business and IT professionals work in cross-functional teams that enable us to work in a truly agile organisation. The teams are self-organised and empowered to make their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.
You will be a member of a team, which is responsible for systems that monitor risk related to various banking products like loans, guarantees, derivatives and geared investment portfolios. The team owns some very complex systems that have a great strategic focus internally in Danske Bank and from the financial supervisory authorities in the different countries where Danske Bank is operating.
Starting out as part of your onboarding, you will get an introduction to the team, your tasks, your primary stakeholders and our department. Your first task will be familiarizing yourself with our business model and the responsibilities within your designated business area. In the longer term, you will play a significant role in developing our future risk management solutions and become responsible for requirement gathering in line with stakeholders’ strategy. In other words, you will have an important part in defining the best-in-class risk management for your designated area. Growing in the role, you will be able to maintain and share a solid understanding of our Risk framework, including a holistic view from a business perspective to provide timely risk insights to our business and main stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst, you will assist in the dialogue between multiple stakeholders (Nordic and UK countries for both personal and business customers) and the IT developers. You contribute to translating business needs into requirements, which contributes to improving internal processes and business performance – e.g. gathering requirements on how to improve a screen in the customer portal, which is used by all advisors. You will be the glue between business and IT developers in and outside the department and collaborates naturally across teams and geographical locations.
You will become part of the Business Analysts Chapter, a community of highly skilled business analysts, who share the same enthusiasm for making a difference and ensuring that each solution has the required quality. The Chapter promotes continuous learning, and knowledge sharing and ensures that best practices are spread across the whole tribe.
