Business Analyst in Risk Tribe

The squads are self-organized teams empowering their employees to make their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

• You have a minimum of 2+ years hands on working as a Business Analysist
• You have strong analytics, facilitation and communication skills
• You are able to catch the essence of complex problems
• Knowledge of proper requirements specification
• Understanding of UML diagram and IT change management understanding is seen as a plus
• Experience with business analysis from the financial sector is seen as a plus
• Experience with project management is seen as a plus

You act as a liaising between several stakeholders in- and outside the tribe and collaborates naturally across teams and geographical locations. You demonstrate a high level of discipline and integrity, ensuring processes are followed in a consistent manner. You are passionate about setting high quality standards and interact with professionalism across country boarders and organizational levels. You strive to understand the risks associated with your tasks and the regulatory requirements that apply. You are motivated by working in an agile and fast-pace environment and you actively contribute to the social culture of the squads you are part of.
