Business Analyst in Pricing COE

The Pricing Center of Excellence (CoE) is a central department committed to spearheading pricing initiatives across the organization. Our department is structured into five diverse teams, with approximately 50 employees with various positions and backgrounds.

Our team consists of eight members, forming a hybrid group based in Denmark and Lithuania. We specialize in providing robust data support and insightful analytics to empower the rest of the department. Our team is crucial in facilitating data-driven decision-making processes that enhance our bank’s pricing capabilities.

You will:

  • Develop and manage new and existing BI solutions and data flows specific to pricing functions
  • Analyse data using SQL and Tableau to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with team members across locations to support data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data processes and pricing strategies

About you:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience developing business intelligence and managing data flows
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like Tableau and SQL for data analysis and visualization. Familiarity with Python, Airflow, and ETL would be advantageous
  • Proactive and Responsible: Takes initiative and owns their responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Structured and Open-Minded: Approaches tasks with organization and clarity, while also being receptive to new ideas and adaptive to change
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Advanced in English, both spoken and written

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
