Markets Post-trade Service tribe aims to offer full post-trade transparency to our users and customers to provide a comprehensive end-to-end overview of transaction flows, design for full end-to-end automation of post-trade processing to significantly reduce cost per transaction and operational risk, and provide our users with seamless exception handling tools focused on product agnostic process support, catering for risk controls and insightful data to guide continuous improvement

You will:

  • Working in a cross-functional agile squad, which is responsible for our post-trade services platform
  • Identifying business needs and translating them into clear goals, breaking these goals down into stories for developers
  • Questioning existing practices and processes, looking for ways how to optimize them
  • Being a bridge between developers and business area stakeholders in operations to ensure quick and efficient collaboration
  • Being a Product Backlog gatekeeper and making sure that all agreed tasks and responsibilities won’t be missed
  • Becoming one-point of contact for the business area and collecting information about needed changes/fixes in the area and reasons for them
  • Actively participating in squad life and its routines and facilitating workshops
  • Providing domain knowledge, maintaining backlog, and testing

About you:

  • Relevant Business Analyst experience, for instance within – banking
  • Knowledge or previous experience with bookkeeping and accounting
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, examine different information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-centric mindset and ownership of deliveries
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to question when needed
  • Experience with data analytics tools
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
