Business Analyst in Markets Post Trade

You will be joining a global Chapter of analysts who are experts in their respective Market Post Trade domains that cover from Foreign Exchange to Derivatives, Clearing, and much more. These colleagues will be your sparring partners, your peers in joint initiatives, and the first in line to support undertaking multiple cross-product tasks. 

Your day-to-day tasks will be completed in the Securities Post Trade squad where your main responsibilities will be to support the Product Owner and your developers with domain knowledge, stakeholder management, various market, regulatory, product, process analysis, testing, and more. 

You will:

  • Creatively participate and run Agile ceremonies
  • Collect business requirements and present them in an easy to understand the way
  • Provide Securities Domain knowledge to your squad colleagues, chapter members, or business partners
  • Analyze process gaps, risk environment, market data to refine squad deliveries
  • Participate and contribute to documentation, testing, process mapping, and other relevant activities

About you:

  • Experienced in Securities products and back-office processes
  • Experienced in market infrastructure providers, capital markets software, and relevant regulation such as EMIR, MIFID, and similar
  • Able to supervise various process improvements and a record of successful deliveries
  • Experienced in working as a business analyst with a record of successful adaptation of BA techniques and practices
  • Upper – Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

How your day will look like

You'll start your regular day in the squad stand-up where you'll share your successes and challenges from yesterday and introduce the plan going forward. Throughout the day you'll meet or call colleagues to get necessary input for your analysis, introduce results to the product owner or developers, document your work and jump to new tasks. To get more knowledge about the area you'll participate/facilitate workshops, meet your partners, and read relevant material.
