Enterprise Technology Operations Centre (ETOC) is a part of Digital Workplace & Infrastructure in the Technology & Services organisation. ETOC delivers superior customer experience by driving operational excellence across all high-criticality IT services and systems. The area handles any type of major disruptive events and continuously adopts best operational practices (monitoring, detection and prevention) for all high criticality IT services and systems. International teams are located across Danske Bank sites in Lithuania, India, and Denmark.

Enterprise Technology Operations Centre (ETOC) is looking for a Business Analyst with excellent stakeholder management skills that will be required for effective engagement with a very broad range of stakeholders from the entire Technology & Services organisation, including senior leadership. Business Analyst will be part of the ETOC Performance Management team which consists of two enabling functions – Data Analysis & Reporting and Workforce Management. The team is responsible for executing strategic efforts through the workforce, finance, and engagement management as well as for enabling transparency over performance data that promote continuous operational improvements.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

• Data interpretation in the way which creates value for customers and triggers operational improvements
• Requirement analysis, definition and proactive follow-up on progress
• Analysis of business needs to identify pain points and potential improvements
• Process definitions and visualization
• Understanding of the area’s operating model and being the one who carries the ownership of process improvements
• Ability to combine business and IT knowledge to identify the most value-adding solutions
• Effective communication with numerous stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Connecting the dots – communication with internal operational teams as well as various IT & business stakeholders
• Supporting the area in the implementation of strategic programmes

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Process documentation and visualisation skills, including the ability to use dedicated tools for process/ workflow visualization
• Experience in requirements engineering
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex matters to both – IT & Business stakeholders
• Proactive, delivery-quality oriented mind-set
• Excellent English and verbal/written communication skills
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude that helps overcome challenges and drive change forward
• Knowledge of CX/UX, Lean, Agile and similar methodologies (would be considered as an advantage)
