Business Analyst in Enriching Cards squad, Everyday Banking Individuals Tribe

You will be part of a squad responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty increase by delivering added value products for cards, such as insurance, concierge services, airport lounge access, various rewards programs for payments with cards and much more.

As Business Analyst, you will play an important role in a full-stack global team that consists of product owners, business analysts and software engineers. We are currently 8 team members, that are located in three different locations; India, Denmark and Lithuania.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of developing and bringing new features to the market as well as making sure existing ones bring the value intended.

You will:

Your role will entail a versatile work life, where you will be met with the following opportunities and expectations:

  • Become a part of an independent, cross-functional squad. You will work closely with other squad members in an agile framework to go from business requirements to working software
  • Identify, analyse, and challenge business and customer needs, requirements and priorities and translate that into user stories which are understood by the whole squad
  • Responsible for structuring, planning and executing QA/test activities
  • Be bridging business needs and IT development: Closely collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Be coordinating releases of new software and planning organizational implementation activities
  • Supervise risk and product reviews
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align deliveries and expectations.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops across involved parties, encouraging goal-oriented discussions in a constructive way
  • Follow up on product value, statistics, and customer feedback and propose relevant improvements based on these insights.

About you:

We expect that you can say yes to any or all of these key points:

  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst/tester/project manager in a software development organization or banking sector
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum practices
  • Great interpersonal skills and a true team member
  • Methodical thinking and great problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle many different tasks at the same time
  • Have a positive mindset when facing new tasks.
  • You have a global mindset and can collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from Nordics and India
  • Not afraid to fail and eager to learn
  • Experience within the payment area is an advantage but not a need
  • Fluent in written and spoken, upper-intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
