In our team you as a Business Analyst your role will be to bridge business and technology, ensuring pension solutions deliver measurable business value, comply with regulations, and enhance customer experience. The role drives modernization, supports forecasting, and maintains clear documentation for transparency and quality.

You will:

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
Produce well-structured documentation such as user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze existing pension processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards (e.g., European Accessibility Act) and internal compliance frameworks. Document and track risk mitigation measures
Facilitate workshops and meetings between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating developed features, business impact, and alignment with objectives
Proactively engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and align expectations
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Documentation Management
Ensure all development documentation is clear, accurate, and version-controlled for full traceability

About you:

Experience as a Business Analyst
Negotiation, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Upper-Intermediate skills in English

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of pension products and investment processes
Understanding of compliance frameworks and accessibility standards

Experience leveraging Adobe Analytics for insights to improve customer journeys and product performance.

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
