You will:
- Opportunity to help shape an emerging Futureproof Anti Money Laundering and Fraud prevention platform
- Ownership of specific modules and process definitions within the solution
- Requirements analysis and definition
- Ensuring proper scope elicitation and manage/track scope change
- Agile Mindset – being flexible and adapting to emerging requirements or changing team needs
- Driving planning exercises within the team
- Connecting the dots – communication with internal delivery teams as well as various business stakeholders
- Helping the business define and drive the Product Vision
- Being a Product Backlog gatekeeper
- Keeping just the right amount of documentation on Software Products and Business processes
- Ensuring pro-active follow-up on issues
- Being keen on experimenting and looking for the solutions outside the box
- Eagerness to learn and excel
About you:
Expected skill set:
- 3+ years experience and a track record showing successful performance as a Business Analyst
- Critical thinking and diligence throughout the work artefacts
- Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to challenge stakeholders in the requirement development
- Experience in requirements gathering and testing for IT solutions
- Ability to analyse structured data and processes
- Curiosity and ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks
- Delivery-quality oriented mind-set
- Hands on experience with Agile
- Excellent English and communication skills
- The “can do” attitude to have the best possible outcome
- Bachelor’s or master degree in IT, business management, financing, economics, econometrics or relevant
Advantages:
- Understanding of Anti Money Laundering, KYC or other malitious activity prevention within the bank sector
- Business Analyst certificates from official authorities
- Experience with Atlassian Suite
