Business Analyst in Asset Finance Tribe

You will:

  • Bridge Business and IT: Skilfully identify user needs, breaking down and specifying user stories to connect business objectives with IT capabilities. Apply the latest development practices and software design patterns
  • Drive Digital Transformation: have a vital role in the digitalization of end-to-end processes, setting high standards for quality and professionalism
  • Facilitate and document: Coordinate workshops, document processes, and ensure a clear understanding of both current and future state workflows
  • Collaborate across borders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand organizational structures and recommend solutions that align with our goals

About you:

  • Experienced in Banking: 3+ years as a Business Analyst (financial sector is preferred) with sound understanding of databases and SQL
  • Experience with process mapping: proficient knowledge of processing modelling techniques (e.g., BPMN), process documentation
  • Agile and independent: Proficient with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and capable of handling your workload with a proactive attitude
  • Communication skills: Advanced English language proficiency, able to engage professionally across various levels and countries

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
