You will be joining our Wealth Management – Wealth Analytics team, a recently created and growing function started in our Wealth Management business unit. Wealth Analytics is a team of 25 specialists with IT, data, mathematical backgrounds, working closely together across cross-functional teams located in Denmark and Lithuania.
We are a high-impact team serving Wealth Management with analytics to empower a holistic wealth advice improving customer experience. We are passionate about making our customers’ lives better, with a focus on value creation and capture through data analytics. We are also part of a large international community of data and business analysts, data scientists and investment experts in Danske Bank sharing knowledge and new ideas across borders and business units.
In Lithuania we are creating a team that is going to operate as an equal partners to our colleagues in the Nordics when enabling Danske Wealth Management to create and deliver value to customers. We also aim to set an example on how cross – functional and cross-border teams should apply agile – at – scale to deliver innovation – here in Vilnius, we are creating a Wealth Management Hub, where WM Business Unit and WM IT are sitting together to enable even closer collaboration and co – creation.
