Business Analyst for People Analytics

In Danske Bank Group, we are committed to data-driven HR journeys and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our HR people analytics squad.

Our squad:

Our squad is located in India, Lithuania and Denmark. The squad is composed of Data engineers, a Mainframe specialist and Business analysts and is headed by a Product Owner.

You will have an important part in driving the data culture for how people analytics is delivered and used in Danske Bank.

The squad plays an important role in Danske Bank being able to provide our leaders with HR data and enable them to become more data-driven,” tells product owner, Remco van Es.

As a Business Analyst, you will be a part of a Business Analyst chapter in the People Tribe together with other peers. Personal and professional development is at the centre of our attention.

You will:

  • Be working with agile practices
  • Be a part of moving the data-driven HR agenda in Danske Bank
  • Have a lot of freedom to plan your own work
  • Becoming an integral part of a team working with Scrum
  • Have a position with interesting tasks

About you:

  • Background and experience in data analytics
  • Experiences in planning tasks and projects, as well as a solid motivation to coordinate our agenda and stand in the middle of your tasks and projects
  • Solid stakeholder management skills (on all levels of the organisation) and a will to encourage stakeholder engagement
  • Upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
