As a Business Analyst in our Credit Journey Tribe, you’ll work in a cross-functional squad of business and IT professionals. You will:

  • Support the business in determining the business case and devising methods to follow up on the benefits
  • Take responsibility for understanding business needs and eliciting and refining requirements
  • Analyse existing processes to identify gaps and pain points, and design future processes to enhance customer experiences
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders to comprehend the organisation’s structure, policies, and operations, recommending solutions to organisational goals
  • Collaborate closely with IT developers within the squad to find the best possible solutions for customers
  • A passion for setting high-quality standards involves active participation in reviews and testing
  • Interact professionally across country borders and organisational levels
  • Think and work holistically, with the ability to identify and understand operational and business risks, while remaining curious and keen to challenge, yet acting with humility

About you:

  • Possess a problem-solving mindset, enabling effective identification and resolution of complex issues
  • Facilitation and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with diverse audiences
  • Exhibit a team-oriented approach, with capabilities in managing and engaging stakeholders across various levels
  • Have a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating meaningful value and memorable experiences for customers
  • Hold substantial knowledge of credit processes and credit decision-making, gained through roles such as adviser, credit officer, or similar positions
  • Approach tasks with a methodical and structured mindset, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes
  • Bring over 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or similar fields, contributing to a well-rounded and insightful perspective
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
