Business Analyst at Digital Experience Development Team

You will join Digital Experience Development Team that is part of Collaboration Technology department.

Our team brings excitement and improve productivity of our employees by developing user-centric solutions that improve employee digital workplace experience and are accessible from any device, anytime, anyplace. For instance, meeting booking, IT and facility issues reporting, document scanning and printing, employee device self-service, mailing lists and shared mailboxes management and other digital tools.

You will work together with Software Engineers, UX Designer, Software Architect and Team Leader who wears Product Owner’s hat. We use latest technologies, Agile practices and encourage DevOps culture.

You will:

Your main quest will be to understand our employees’ needs for digital workplace, translate it to requirements and ensure that they are implemented.

Also, some side quests that will be available for you:
• Help Product Owner to define product vision and scope, as well as, break it down to users stories
• Suggest your ideas how we can improve our employees’ digital experience
• Collaborate with UX Designer to ensure the best UX experience
• Coordinate testing, release and organizational implementation activities
• Share Scrum Master’s hat with other team members
• Gain experience points by being part of Agile and BA communities, participating in training and knowledge sharing sessions

About you:

• Solid experience in business analysis
• Knowing and being able to use BA toolkit (requirements elicitation and documentation techniques)
• Understanding of what is great UI/UX
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem finding and solving skills
• Excellent English skills
