In CFO Business Intelligence Digital Reporting team we develop and maintain Management reporting across the Group’s international markets. Our portfolio consists of various Reports – mainly interactive Tableau dashboards, but also PowerPoint, Excel and web-based tools. We are responsible for the end-to-end Report journey: ETL procedures in DWH and various Data Lakes (including our own), report development and continuous maintenance. The department supports a wide range of stakeholders in resolving performance management issues and in driving projects. The tasks have a varying nature and we are constantly working to deliver excellent solutions – with high quality on time.

The workplace will be located in Vilnius office together with a team of 7 colleagues and local manager. The other part of the team is in Copenhagen with 6 more colleagues and we work hand-in-hand within a global set up.

You will:

• The role aims to create the best feasible data foundation for the consistent and fast-performing reporting tools
• In order to implement it, you’ll need to comprehend data architecture of the bank, bring various data sources together for easy access, provide automated and optimized data flows based on unified hierarchies
• You will develop and maintain our local Reporting Data Lake with focus on it’s reliability (including quality control)
• You will spend approximately one quarter of your time working on generic reporting tasks together with the team
• To fulfill this position you must be ambitious, self-driven and a good communicator, as the role consists cross-border and cross-unit collaboration
• We offer clearly defined responsibility area with deliveries to stakeholders globally

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Database development, architecture and ETL construction
• High level engineering mindset to understand the overall database architecture of the Bank and ability to create local data solutions for Reporting
• A comprehensive hands-on experience with at least one of the below: SAS (preferably) or SQL
• Great collaboration and communication skills
• Proactive can-do attitude
• Driven to achieve the best feasible result in a busy and fast-changing environment
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• The knowledge of finance sector, banking products, fundamentals of financial steering and accounting (especially management reporting) will be considered as an advantage
